The Youth Center (TYC) is an extension of Hands of Grace International Missions, Inc., a Christian non-profit organization (501c3) founded in 2011 by Harvey and Rosemary Baxter. TYC was founded in July 2025 when the Lord provided a building for an already-established Hands of Grace ministry, Gear Up Youth Program.  The dream was always bigger than Gear Up, and the purchase of 310 E. 6th St. is enabling the expansion of our programming.  We exist to glorify God and serve our community by providing a beautiful, safe space to gather, play, learn, and grow together.
